GetThere, a Sabre company providing an online travel-booking tool for Fortune 500 companies, came to StealThunder wanting a better understanding of their customers’ brand perceptions and the GetThere product experience. To get at this information we conducted an extensive brand audit, developed an online research survey, and conducted in-depth interviews with some of the company’s key customers. While our research confirmed the company’s leadership position, it also provided novel ways for the company to think about managing leadership, based on their customers’ needs and desires.
Ultimately the work we did resulted in the company modifying both their mission statement and their product strategy to incorporate project insights and recommendations.
